## **The preferred choice**

### **The Powerful Consistency\*of KISQALI is recognised by experts in the field**(1–5)

\*vs AI in the NATALEE study and ET in the MONALEESA studies. Consistent results across a broad range of HR+/HER2– eligible patients with statistically significant improvements in iDFS (EBC), PFS and OS (ABC).(1)
KISQALI should not be co-administered with tamoxifen.(1)

**KISQALI + AI is the ESMO-guideline preferred CDK4/6i + AI for 1L metastatic BC **

that has recurred >12 months after the end of adjuvant ET or *de novo* breast cancer\*\*(2)

\*\* ET alone can be recommended for the small group of patients with comorbidities or a performance status that precludes the use of CDK4/6i combinations. Chemotherapy can be recommended for patients with imminent organ failure at ABC diagnosis. Ovarian function suppression or ovarian ablation is recommended in addition to all ET in pre-and perimenopausal women.(2)

The ESMO Clinical Practice Guideline is based on current scientific evidence and relevant literature selected by the collective expert authors. The recommendations and algorithms for managing metastatic breast cancer are aided by ESMO-MCBS scores, ESCAT score and LoE/GoRs. The guideline should be interpreted in the context of an evolving treatment landscape.(2)

## **NCCN consensus**

### **NCCN® recommends KISQALI + ET as a Category 1 preferred treatment option in both HR+/HER2– ABC and EBC.**(1)

**In ABC: In phase III randomised controlled trials, KISQALI + ET has shown OS benefit in the first-line setting compared with ET alone.**(1)
